See in its original language (French) : Si les Alfa 75 (ou 'Milano' sur le marché américain) ont connu une carrière en demie-teinte, elles n'en demeurent de pures Alfa Roméo, et sont finalement désormais aussi bien appréciées pour leurs qualités que leur défauts ;). Elle connue plusieurs évolutions, et en 1989 un léger restylage s'impose, avec notamment l'ajout d'une calandre en 'scudetto' ajourée, censée d'ailleurs améliorer le coefficient de pénétration dans l'air. Ce changement, avec l'ajout de feux arrière teintés, de nouvelles jantes et quelques autres attibuts a pour avantage de moderniser sa ligne, et ainsi permettre de poursuivre sa carrière jusqu'à son remplacement fin 1992.
