Ce fut le cas notamment des Alpines A110, Peugeot 304 S, et Citroën DS. Dans le cas des DS, il y eu plusieurs versions, et les Cibié ont équipé les DS tardivement, à compter de fin 1971. D'abord en orange, puis en blanc à partir de début 73, jusqu'à juin de la même année.
