This type of Cibié taillight was used by the three major French automakers to equip their models that were not originally fitted with one. These included the Alpine A110, Peugeot 304 S and Citroën DS. In the case of the DS, there were several versions, and Cibié came late to equip the DS, starting at the end of 1971.
