These rims are probably one of Renault's finest aesthetic achievements (of course, so are the previous R5 Alpine ones), but they are also reminiscent of the shape of the turbocharger turbine, so emblematic of the Renault epic of the '80s, and repeated on the Renault 25 and Alpine GTA V6 Turbo. They were manufactured in Belgium and France. They are 5.5 inches wide. Note that these rims require the use of 10 x 125 90°v tapered nuts. Super-rare when new, and classy here, since they're in their original Renault-stamped box (they're sometimes available as reproductions for almost the same price). Note that reproducing the mirror effect in a restoration is a challenge.
