Original left front turn signal light for DS, 1968 onwards, with stainless steel frame. Complete with bulb holder and period gasket. A few imperfections (see photos), including a crack on the upper left side which has been repaired (the light is waterproof). The flashing part is bright orange, and not at all discolored, as the last picture shows. The interior (reflector part) is in good condition. A rare original.

La partie clignotante est bien orangée, et pas du tout décolorée, comme l'atteste la dernière image. L'intérieur (partie réflecteur) est en bon état de conservation. Rare en origine.

At the end of 1967, Citroën made one of the most important changes to the DS, with the adoption of a new front end (one of the greatest successes in the history of car restyling ;)). For the Pallas models, this translates into the adoption of stainless steel bezels around the headlight windows, and for the indicators. Typical of the brand, Citroën decided to do away with this distinction for the 1970 model year, and these fittings were henceforth made of plastic. This is unfortunate, as plastic ages very badly, unlike stainless steel. This is a rare original piece. Admittedly, it has a few imperfections, but it's worth considering, as it's half the price of remanufactured models, which are sometimes of dubious quality. Please note, and this is also visible in the last photo of the ad: it is not possible to remove the stainless steel frame and affix it to a fire that doesn't have one. The size is different.

Chose regrettable puisque le plastique vieilli très mal, contrairement à l'inox. Il s'agit ici du coup d'une pièce d'origine, assez rare. Elle comporte certes quelques imperfections mais à considérer, puisque proposée moitiée moins chère que les refabrications, à la qualité parfois douteuse. A noter, et la chose est d'ailleurs visible sur la dernière photo de l'annonce: il n'est pas possible d'extraire le cadre inox et de l'apposer sur un feu qui n'en a pas. La taille diffère en effet.
